For playback, captions, accessibility, map, or account questions, email hello@portale.tv. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, the film and episode, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords or payment details.

Playback help

If a video will not play, check your connection and try again. Episodes marked “Coming soon” do not have a playable video yet. If the catalog does not load, use the app’s Try again button.
